You can add users with project-wide access who retain permissions across all your Data Rooms. This is useful if you have a large number of Data Rooms, and wish to invite users to all of them, but still retain the user permissions*.
- Click the Manage Users icon on your Home page.
- Next, click the New User button.
- Enter the email addresses for the users to invite to the project. Then adjust the drop-down menus to the level of access and permission you wish the user(s) to have. Click the Invite button to send an invitation to the user(s).
*Users invited as Project Administrators will also be given full access to all your projects and user data.
Note: Granting project-wide access means the user(s) will have access to ALL DATA ROOMS on the project, including all future Data Rooms as they are created.
