When you are invited to an SRS Acquiom project to view files, you will receive an email with an invitation link. The invitation is specific to the email it was sent to and cannot be forwarded and used by others.
If you don’t already have an SRS Acquiom account
If you are new to SRS Acquiom or are setting up a new SRS Acquiom account with a different email address, you will be prompted to set up the account with your name and password after you click the invitation link in your email.
If the project administrator has enforced two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to include it when setting up your account. You may initiate this with an authenticator app or SMS verification.
If you already have an SRS Acquiom account
If you already have an SRS Acquiom account, new files shared with you will automatically appear when you log in.
In some cases, you may be prompted to join the files shared with you. Once logged in, click the button that says, "Join the files" found on the Homepage to view the items shared with you.
