A Data Room is a top-level folder where you can store other folders and files. Creating a Data Room is a simple process that will get you on your way to uploading and sharing files in no time.
- From the Home page, click the Create Data Room button.
- A dialog opens asking for the name of your new Data Room.
- Provide a name and click Create.
Data Rooms can be created by users who are Project Moderators or Project Administrators.
Other users will not see the button and are only provided with a list of Data Rooms they have been invited to.
Tip: Create different Data Rooms to organize projects, teams, or departments in your company.
