Projects and Data Rooms can be custom-branded with an organization's logo and colors by any of the Project Administrators.
Adding a Logo to a Project
- Click the Project Settings icon on your SRS Acquiom VDR Home page.
- Select the Theme tab.
- From here, you can update the entire project's Default Logo and Default Color. These changes will apply to all Data Rooms on the project.
Supported image formats for logos include PNG, JPG, and GIF. PNG is recommended to ensure the highest quality logo and to prevent background colors from being covered.
Data Room logos are displayed at a maximum of 153 pixels wide by 40 pixels tall. To ensure optimal sizing, remove any white space (non-image space) around the logo before uploading it.
Changing a Project's Background Color
The background color of each Data Room can be changed to approximate a brand's primary color by clicking the paint bucket icon in the Data Room toolbar. To more precisely match a brand's primary color, use the Background field below the color list to specify the background in hexadecimal values.
Changing a Project's Folder and File Names Link Color
Use the LINKS field below the color list to change the color of the folder and file name links to match a brand’s primary color.
