Note: The downloading content option is only available to users with Downloader privileges or higher. If you do not see the Download button, contact your administrator or the person who invited you to request access to this feature.
There are a few ways you can download content. To download content from the Data Room home screen, you may either click the Download icon to the right of the item you wish to download.
Or, you may select the item (or multiple items) using the checkbox to the right of the item(s) and then click the Download button.
Note: When multiple items are downloaded at once, an "Archive of Files" is created in a .zip file for extraction. This will also appear in the Activity Log as "User Downloaded an Archive of Files" in the corresponding Data Room. The items in this archive will only be items this user has been given permission to access. Currently, it's not possible for SRS Acquiom Support to provide the list of items in a file archive.
You may also download the file while viewing it by clicking the Download button.

Troubleshooting
Why is there no Download button on my project?
- The download option is only available to users with Downloader privileges or higher. If you do not see the "Download" button, contact your administrator or the person who invited you to request access to this feature.
What does "Sorry, you have already started a download for those items" mean?
- If you see an error stating a download has already started, please wait five to ten minutes to attempt to download the files again. This alert indicates you have attempted to download the same items in a short period of time and must wait to attempt the download again.
Why are my files inaccessible?
- If you see a message stating the files are "Inaccessible," this means the project where the files are stored (the project sharing the files with you) is no longer active. Please contact the individual or company sharing files with you for further assistance. SRS Acquiom support cannot grant access to inaccessible files or projects.
